Everytime I have called this bank of America, no one ever answers the phone. They also have horrible hours, the inside opens after most people have to be to work, and then the lobby closes before most people can get there after work.
If there was a way to give a ZERO - I would. BoA is the worst bank in America and will screw you out of your money any and every way possible.
