Dr. Landers is amazing. But I feel like the receptionists need a little work. There's been two times that I called to change my pharmacy because I moved. The first time that I had to change it, they sent my prescription to the wrong location. The second time I had to change my pharmacy they didn't send my prescription to the pharmacy at all(I also tried checking other cvs pharmacies to see if it got sent to the wrong one but it wasn't at any of them).
I love my doctor and the staff. I've been a patient for the past 5 years. I would recommend Dr. Micah Hall for your entire family.
If I could rate it 0 I would. They won't see me because of a family member that I don't live with or anything. It has nothing to do with me and I was never notified. The. When I was trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do now they hung up on me. They don't care about the patients they only care about how much money they can gobble up. Would recommend if you're rich and have LOTS of $$ to blow for no good reason.
I love Dr. Barclay but they seriously need to get their scheduling under control. Every time I have to see the doctor I have to take time off work and each and EVERY TIME they are running 1-2 hours behind. They never call ahead of time to try and reschedule and they never tell you up front when you check in. They typically tell you AFTER you have been waiting for 30-40 minutes. They need to start realizing that over scheduling is a hardship on their clients. I lose 2+ hours of pay because I have to see a doctor. This is seriously getting to the point that I will need to find a different doctor.
Looking at other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one having issues getting my prescription sent to the pharmacy.
Awesome in every way!!! Dr Micah Hall is the BEST!!! My 5 year old had the best experience, not a single problem. VERY FRIENDLY!!! Would 100% recommend!!!
Update: they messed up again. I received my sister's bill which contained all of her information from her visit (which is a big HIPAA violation). At least it went to me and not a stranger.
