I'm giving three stars only because I am satisfied with my insurance rates from Allstate, and other offices and operators are very kind and helpful, no credit to this office.
My honest review is save yourself a headache and find an agent at a different office. This office doesn't care about loosing clients, so I will do them a favor by strongly not recommending them.
This office was very rude. It felt like I was burdening them to even talk to them. I had to contact them to even get a proof of insurance and to make sure my payments were taken out in time. They had a technical issue, which effected my finances and didn't even bother to compensate or apologize. Not to mention, there is always poor phone etiquette when I've called.
