Definitely stay away from this company. They damaged several pieces of furniture and were very rough with some of my boxes labeled "Fragile". On one of the boxes labeled "Fragile" and "This side Up", they carried it upside down causing one of the bottles inside to break and ruin the carpet in the living room. So far this has cost me an additional $435 for carpet and installation. According to the owner their email is "down" so he hasn't received the estimate for carpet. Their fax machine also does not provide a response. If I wanted to deal with this lack of customer service I would've hired unprofessional, cheap labor off of craigslist.
We have used several moving companies in the past and have always had issues. This company is by far the best in professionalism, efficiency, and are very knowledgeable with the whole moving process. I was super impressed at how fast they got us moved and the price couldn't be beat! If I could give them more stars I would!
Used another company for my second move. 2 guys did practically the same move in slightly more than half the time of the 4-5 from Boyce. They were 10x more careful with my belongings. I was able to tip these guys a total of $200($100 each) and I still saved over $100 compared to Boyce.
This company is great.. they were on time, very efficient.. the workers worked hard and fast ... The cost was much less than I anticipated. Very professional.. thank you
Boyce's Moving Service did a fantastic job moving us. The cost was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. They took care of everypiece of furniture like it was their own and always use at least 2 people for any heavy or awkward items. They were on time, moved everything quickly and were very professional. I hope I do not ever have to move again but if I do I will definitely give them a call
Used this company a few years ago. Absolutely milked the job. Took almost all day for 4-5 people to move me out of a 1500 sq ft house. Seemed like he had a few college kids working for just a paycheck. Watched one bang and damage my dining room table off the brick steps and just shrug. Reluctantly paid them the $800 or so for the move.
