Great service for buying a house!
Kim stuck with me for 5 months actually listening to what I said I wanted. I actually chose a property that was outside of her search criteria, but I wanted to look at it. That was 4 years ago, I will not use another agent in Wichita. Kim listens and shows you what is possible. 5 stars for Kim.
Bad place for living
Kim Smith is an excellent realtor. We've used her services for 13 years and wouldn't use anyone else to help us buy or sell a home. She has a great attention to detail and knows what helps a home sell. She goes above and beyond you make sure her clients are satisfied. Very prompt answering questions and returning phones calls/text messages. Highly recommend her to anyone whose needing to buy or sell their home.
